The programme provides scholarships and exchange sponsorships for outstanding students, supporting their development in innovation research, arts advancement and academic exchange opportunities — nurturing Hong Kong’s next generation of elite talent.

Application Period：
1 December – 31 December (annually)

Exchange Destinations：

China, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Italy, Dubai

Eligibility Requirements：

• Hong Kong students aged 15–21

• Successfully pass the interview selection

• Good physical and mental health

• Strong academic performance

• Good conduct and character
